Weekends are overrated. Wednesday's where its at.
I had the most AMAZING day yesterday. It all started in the morning...
The mall was closed. Then my parents were about to kill each other in the traffic. I was hella pissed. We got home and me and mom started fighting like crazy. So I left.
My original plan was to go to Tyler's house, but he was busy. So I called Jaim to see what she was doing. I went back to the house because I knew my dad had to go back out and I heard my mom on phone. [I found out I'm going to boot camp- dunno when though.] I asked my dad to take me somewhere, but mom freaked out and was all, 'NO NO NO.' So I left. Again.
I took the bus down to Jaime's house, [and I saw my dad in town- ironic?] and it took FOREVER!
I got there and walked up Fish Hill, and then found Jaim and Kaleigh. And I had to walk back down. Which is a pain in the ass because it was hot as balls out. We met Guillermo on his hog and we went to Alfredo's. Good time. On the way back we met these two guys [Kevin and I don't remember the other guy's name] and we all sat in the middle of the road for like an hour. Then Guillermo had to go to a show because he's a buttface. After he left, there were these people who drove past us and just stopped in the road where we were and were asking us all these question. Needless to say, it was weird, so we left.
FAST FOWARD A FEW HOURS...
Me and Kaleigh found out Guillermo didn't go to said show. He went cruisin' with his mom. So he came up to Jaime- wait, no, SHAWN'S- house and we chilled.
ANOTHER FEW HOURS...
It's around midnight, and Jaime's on the phone when Shawn calls. We decide we're gonna go meet him. [Keep in mind curfew down there is 11.] So we're walking down to the bottom of Fish Hill [about 1.5 miles], and everytime we see a car, we run into the woods. I stepped in a puddle and was pissed because my shoes got wet. [Oh, if I knew what were to come...] We get to the bottom, and Shawn hadn't left yet. So we go to Tannersville Inn instead. He's still not there, and we get bored, so we tell him to meet us at the bank. Well, on the way to the bank, a cop car passes us. We freak out, but nothing happens.
We finally meet Shawn at the bank, and he brings his friend with him. Jaime's about to die of thirst, so we go to Mr Z's. The doors are open and everything, but this damn lady yells at us that they're closed. So Kaleigh gets pissed and curses her out on our way out the door. BAD IDEA.
We're back to chillin in the street, and we keep seeing cars. Well... a search car comes and sees us. So we all dart away [and brilliant me falls on my face] and decide to go home. [At this point, it's about 3:30.]
So me, Jaime, Kaleigh and Guillermo start walking back up Fish Hill and see a car. And it's a police car. We bolt into the woods, and run like fuck. They disappear, but we couldn't take chance, so we walked in the woods a bit. We see them again, and we have to jump into this ditch thing that was full of rocks, and poor Kaleigh tripped and half her foot fell off. [Not really.] But this time the car just sits there. And for a while too. Then, as if things weren't complicated enough... it starts to rain. And it wasn't just rain, it was a downpour. The lightning was so bright, we could all see each other. And we were stuck sitting in the ditch until the car left.
After what seemed like forever, but was probably less than 10 minutes, it leaves. We leave again, and start walking on the road. And we run into the woods eveytime a car comes. There were a few brilliant moments in this, however- we all [except Guillermo] ran face-first into trees, and one time I was trying to jump over what I thought was a patch of tall grass and ferns, but was really a rock wall, I tripped, smacked my face into the rocks, feet went up in the air and just rolled down. It was fun though.
We finally made it home, and we got in around 4:15ish.
We were absolutely soaked. We were sore and tired. And we had escaped the po-po.
I can honestly say, I've never had so much fun. And I wouldn't want to have done it with anyone other than these people. <333
